Includes:

• Overnight accommodations for the patient spotlight speaker
• Option to introduce the patient spotlight speaker to the podium during the dinner and awards or company name mention from the podium
• Welcome swag bags for all patient ambassadors at the outing
• Outing shirt for all patient ambassadors with company name and/or logo
• Lunch and dinner included for the patient ambassadors during the outing
• Patient ambassador break area 

Add marketing material or promotional item to the golfer swag bags. A minimum of 225 items must be provided no later than September 1st.
